The Department History

In 1959 in the Dnepropetrovsk Chemical-Technological Institute the department of production processes automatization was founded.

A department was managed by:

Grygory Sypchenko (1959-1966)

Mikhail Kartsynel (1966-1968)

Nikolai Maltsev (1968-1976)

Valery Martynenko (1976-1977)

Vladimir Volosnikov(1977-1982)

Vladislav Trishkin (1982-2001)

A department prepared engineers on automation of technological processes.

Since 1997 the specialists preparation on metrology and certification was begun .

In 2012, a department got the new name - the department of computer-integrated technologies and metrology (CIT&M)

In 2025, the Department of Specialized Computer Systems was joined to the our Department. The combined department was named CIT&R (Computer-Integrated Technologies and Robotics).
